My name, KLEER MIND, comes from the words ‘clear’ and ‘mind’, if it’s not obvious hehe. I believe a clear mind is the most vital thing to have, especially in today’s society. Scattered thoughts are the norm, and clear thinking is rapidly becoming a rare ability.

Having a clear mind is almost only held up by spending time:

  1. In solitude & silence

  2. Detaching from worldly things

  3. Listening to your intuition

  4. Observing yourself

The fourth and last point is what I want to focus on today. The pursuit of a crystal clear mind is hard, and few people ever succeed at being clear-minded in the long-term. It’s hard, but simple, to be clear-minded. You just have to observe yourself.

Observing yourself is the way to a clear mind.

One of the hardest things for us humans to do is to observe ourselves. We are stuck in our heads, thinking, identifying with those thoughts, and believing them to be true. We don’t stop, even for a second, to see that the thoughts are not us, and the beliefs we hold don’t serve us.

Of course, why would we wake up from this unaware state of consciousness? It’s sooooo comfortable to be plugged into the matrix (sorry for using this word lol), and to not have to think deeply about anything.

Sorry, not sorry, for bursting your bubble if you’re comfortable with your life as it is now. I don’t believe in living a comfortable, but shitty, life, though. I believe in meaning, love, perseverance, and growth.

This letter is centered on how you can become a good observer. A masterful observer, aware of yourself, your thoughts, your feelings, and ultimately, where they all come from. Then, I will show you how you don’t have to change, but these things change for you when you have the right mindset, making you a manifestation powerhouse.

You just have to let things be. That’s when everything comes up, for you to see, understand, and let go.

This is a long read, so strap in. I hope you gain some valuable insights from this letter.

Enjoy

You are not your thoughts

Know thyself

Socrates

Are you your thoughts? Or are you the thinker of your thoughts? Do you get to choose your thoughts? If not, where do they come from?

In this letter, I want to give you a few insights on how I see thoughts, now that I’m experienced with observing and detaching.

I feel like people, 99% of the time, don’t see that they are mere observers of their own thoughts. They see every thought as a part of them. They get lost in them, overwhelmed by them, and thus never reach clarity. They are in constant battle with their thoughts, making them fighters of their own minds.

The thing is that this is the reason we can’t help but distract ourselves.

It must be a pain living like this, and I know it because I’ve been there (and am sometimes to this day). Being the observer of our thoughts and then detaching from them literally gives you a superpower. This superpower is maybe untapped for you, and so I want to make you see your potential and what you gain with it, and how you can gain it.

This superpower you gain is the freedom of choice.

By focusing on observing, you:

  1. Clear up space for beliefs, thoughts, and feelings you want to feel.

  2. Refuse to play the game your mind plays with itself, turning your thoughts into glimpses into your subconscious perspectives, which can be practically used for your own self-growth.

  3. Turn your thoughts into helpful tools, which you can use to see your beliefs clearly, and eventually, detach from them and move through them.

  4. You gain control of your life, becoming a manifestation powerhouse, capable of bringing anything you want into your life.

You are not your thoughts, you are not your feelings, you are not your beliefs. They are formed by yourself, but influenced by your environment, conditioning, and trauma. These things guide your every step without you even getting a say in most of it, since you didn’t choose your conditioning, nor where you were born.

Conditioning is something I talk a lot about, and I plan to make a newsletter about it sometime soon, so heads up :)

Stop fighting, take control, and be the observer.

Be the observer

Suffering is the ego’s favorite food

David Dayan Fisher

I want to lay this out very clearly so you can understand fully.

There’s a process that I use to detach from my thoughts and feelings once I become aware of them. I often become aware of my thoughts and feelings once they have passed, which is helpful too. But the fundamental habit is always observing. Recognizing past patterns comes when the habit of observing has been laid out clearly.

If you want to be the observer, you have to understand a few things.

  • Your trauma and conditioning are the reason you think, feel, and believe the things you think, feel, and believe. It’s the reason you keep smashing your head against the wall over and over again. It’s the beginning and continuation of your patterns.

  • You don’t have to do anything to change. That makes you a fighter, desiring an outcome that, by projecting importance, makes it that much more unlikely that you will ever change.

  • You manifest your life all the time, and you will continue to manifest until the day you take your last breath. The only question is what kind of life you manifest. Being the observer gives you the space to think, feel, and act from positive beliefs, feelings, and thoughts. This gives you the ability to manifest your desired life without effort.

For this positive change to happen, you need to become aware of your thoughts and feelings more often. This comes through repetition and remembrance only.

You need to get in the habit of spotting when you are stuck in your thoughts or looping some anger, sadness, or any other negative feelings. This starts slowly, but in due time you’ll catch yourself all the time.

When you get into this habit, you can become aware of the process to stop identifying with the thoughts and feelings.

Here’s what I do when I catch myself thinking or feeling something that I don’t want to be feeling or thinking. You can use this as a blueprint for your own observing:

First, the feelings come up, and I recognize that these are undesirable feelings, so there’s something there for me to put my attention on.

I signal to myself that it’s okay to feel or think the things I’m ruminating on. I talk to my inner child and see what he says. He always has something to say. “I’m not good enough”, “I feel hurt”, “I’m worthless”, and all sorts of bad beliefs come up. Here’s the important part: I respond calmly with “it’s okay”, “how are you feeling?”, without putting importance on changing the feeling being felt.

When it’s all out in the open, and I’ve moved through the initial fog of negative beliefs, I replace them with new, positive ones. “You’re great”, “You’re strong”, “We can do this”, “This is an old story, we are replacing it with a new one”.

This all replaces feelings of being unsafe, unloved, and not good enough, with safety, love, and validation for the feelings being felt. You have to use language that applies to you in the moment. Use your intuition to get a glimpse of what this language looks like for you, and go for it.

Of course, this is not without pain. It’s painful to feel and move through things, especially when these things run deep into your subconscious (which they almost always do).

The only thing more painful than this way of moving through old patterns is stagnating, becoming an endless fighting machine, not aware enough to understand what’s really happening underneath.

We are incredibly resilient, and this past way of living was just your old way of protecting yourself from the dangers and feelings of the past. You are creating a new way of living, my dear friend.

The big picture

What God is man is, God and man are ONE

Walter Russell

I want you to entertain a little worldview with me for a second. A worldview that you can just add to your collection of interesting perspectives.

Before you were born, you were in this kind of infinite pool of consciousness. When I say infinite, I’m talking about infinite on all sides, in every way. Time, space, life, death, existence, etc. All existing infinitely, forever. This consciousness, fundamentally, is bliss, love, peace, freedom, etc. These words all describe the same thing. Heaven, if you will.

This consciousness has been called many names, but ‘God’ and ‘universe’ are preferable to me, and many others around me.

You were, and are, a part of this whole as a soul. As a roaming soul going from one lifetime to another. Life on different planets, in different dimensions, in different bodies of consciousness.

The last life you had was good, but with every life comes an eventual death. The breathing of the soul, the breath of the universe. In infinity, there’s always a “what’s next?”, as the end is the beginning, and the beginning is the end. So, after your past life, you had a choice, and you ask, “What’s next?”.

You had a sudden flash of the life you wanted to live. You experienced every feeling, every sensation, every suffering, every act of love, every event of this life, all in a flash (outside of time, really).

You even wanted to be so immersed in the experience of this life that you were willing to forget you were a part of this consciousness in the first place.

You’re ready.

So, you choose.

Now you are here.

Living the life you chose.

You can’t escape the infinite consciousness, after all… why would you want to? Infinite love is really all we seek. We seek the balance that love provides.

Anyway, you are here. And now you've been introduced to the bigger picture and can live in accordance with it. What I mean by that is, since you are a part of the whole, a part of one infinite consciousness, why would you not be able to affect it directly? You are it, and really, you are always in control (just not in the way you think).

This means you get to choose. Every moment, you have a choice, and you can choose to create your heaven on earth or your hell on earth. You obviously want to create the best life possible (otherwise you probably wouldn’t have read this far), so choose wisely.

Effortless manifestation

Now that you have some overview of the perspectives of life, I want you to understand that manifestation is the way you move through life on an everyday basis.

Manifestation is just your soul affecting the infinite potential of life in ways you choose. This choice is subconscious, meaning not every thought you think is manifested in this world. Otherwise, it would be pure chaos. It’s the long-term collection of your feelings, beliefs, and thoughts that manifest your life as it is right now.

You are in complete control.

Holding this worldview as true can be helpful for you to gain control and choose a direction you want to go into. It gives the power of choice right into your hands.

By observing yourself, you gain the power to choose your fate, since your mind gets rid of your negative and subconscious beliefs, and thus your feelings and thoughts change for the better.

The benefits of having a clear mind heavily outweigh the uncomfortable pain you have to go through before reaching that state. Those benefits include effortless manifestation, being connected with your intuition, an overall fulfillment boost, and much more.

You will get everything you want if you observe yourself consistently. Absolutely everything you want is behind bars right now, and you can probably guess what those bars are made out of. Yes, my friend, it’s just made up of yourself and your deep bag of trauma, conditioning, and negative beliefs.

Slowly, we want these bars to weaken, to then make up space for new and improved beliefs, feelings, and thoughts.

Have fun manifesting your dream desires, and remember, observing is the key to your dream life!

The observer

What would your experience with suffering be if there were no resistance to it?

N/A

The last thing I want to write about is some principles that the observer lives by.

The observer does not identify with his thoughts. He recognizes that thoughts are a teacher, and once he understands where they are from, he can dissolve them in love and peace.

The observer observes. He has knowledge of the things he can’t help but think, but also understands that they are not him, and he is not them. He often catches his thoughts and is able to breathe through the tough ones. He acknowledges his thoughts, but does not cling, fight, or suffer through any of them.

Observing, for the observer, is not changing, is not fixing, is not controlling. It’s just looking, without needing, without a desire for an outcome. The observer understands that when he observes with the intention of changing, he twists the thing he observes into something that it’s not. The thing he observes just is. The thing he observes is not something that is bad or flawed. It’s perfect, and it’s there to be understood, loved, and forgiven.

When he gets stuck in a period of over-identification of thoughts (like anxiety) or reactionary feelings & thoughts, he doesn’t beat himself up for it. He knows that this period was in itself a teacher, teaching him to observe more carefully. And so, he shows love and thanks his inner child, and the thoughts and feelings, for showing him what not to identify with.

The observer understands that most forms of anxiety and depression are just thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that are the result of years of conditioning and trauma he’s been through. He seeks to move through them instead of wallowing in the pain longer than he has to. He understands these things are the teachers of life that show him where he needs to put his attention.

The observer believes in love. He uses love as a guide, as a muse, to move through pain, sorrow, anger, and all of the negative emotions he experiences. He understands that everything is love. He understands that pain is love seeking love. That pain is love showing us what we need to show love to, to move through and grow out of.

Be the observer

I truly believe in you and your ability to integrate observing into your life. If you want some help with this or any other mental problems you’re going through, I’m offering a free call with me for you to explore and co-create a space for you to understand yourself better.
